Vermont Sales sell a remarkably wide range of tools and accessories and to sell these products successfully it helps to understand them. This leads directly into training – first to all Vermont Sales own staff and then onto the sales staff and owners of their customers’ stores.
The workshop is equipped to teach the use of each tool and accessory in the range. There is also a lack of selling skills in the market so the training is expanded to include this course. The importance of merchandising and display in the stores is critical so courses are added to cater for this and a fully-fledged, certified Training Academy is here to offer both theoretical and practical requirements.
The Training Academy is fully set up to cover these aspects of the Hardware and Industrial trade and we hope that every retailer will take advantage if this facility, at no expense, to improve both productivity and profits in their stores.
Customers outside of Gauteng are looked after as the training team will travel to all corners of the country on request, with regular sessions being set up in major cities – check the training calendar for specifics!
End-users of Vermont Sales Brands are encouraged to join the practical courses – for which a small fee is charged.
Certificates are awarded to all attendees.
